As a result of the inspection, DSPC was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 25, 2011, which proposed amendment of your procedures. DSPC submitted its amended procedures on June 3, 2011, and in response to PHMSA’s follow up letter dated October 6, 2011, further revised procedures were submitted on October 21, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Cc: Michelle Denault DSPC via e-mail#
