Vice President, Asset Integrity Spectra Energy Transmission, LLC 5400 Westheimer Court Houston, Texas 77056 CPF 1-2012-1008M Dear Mr. Drake: During the week of November 28, 2011, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, inspected Spectra Energy Transmission, LLC’s (Spectra) procedures for its Algonquin Gas Transmission Corporation (AGT) facilities located in New Jersey. As a result of the inspection, Spectra was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on April 6, 2012. Subsequently, on April 25, 2012, Spectra submitted an amended procedure and form in response to the referenced NOA. Upon review of the amended procedure and form, it appears that the inadequacy outlined in the NOA has been corrected.
