This Notice cited Williams for inadequate procedure because it failed to address actions to take when gas is detected inside a building. On April 30, 2012, Williams submitted (via email) 3 pages from its WGP Emergency Plan and Preparedness Manual that upon our further review were determined to address actions to take when gas is detected inside a building. This letter is to inform you that Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) hereby withdraws the Notice and that the case is now closed.
