Barger Vice President, Pipeline Operations Dominion Transmission, Inc. 445 West Main Street Clarksburg, WV 26301-2450 CPF 1-2012-5007M Dear Mr. Barger: During the week of October 17, 2011, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, inspected Dominion Transmission, Inc.’s (DTI) procedures for its interstate propane pipeline system. As a result of the inspection, DTI was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on April 2, 2012, which proposed amendment of its procedures. DTI submitted its response to the NOA, along with its amended procedures, on May 1, 2012. My staff reviewed the response and amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, P.E. Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
