As a result of the inspection, Honeoye was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on November 20, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Honeoye submitted its amended procedures on March 29, 2014 (via Roach and Associates Inc.), April 17, 2014, May 12, 2014, October 6, 2014 and October 14, 2014. On February 24, 2014, the Region responded to Honeoye’s February 20, 2014 request for an extension of time to respond to the NOA. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Cc: Mr. Kevin Speicher, NYSDPS#
