(Dominion) Public Awareness Program in Clarksburg, West Virginia. As a result of the inspection, Dominion was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on April 15, 2013. On May 14, 2013 and September 12, 2013, Dominion submitted responses to the NOA, along with proposed amendments. On November 21, 2013, Dominion completed its submission of amended procedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
