As a result of this inspection, National Fuel was issued a Notice of Amendment on May 30, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. We are in receipt of your letter dated June 28, 2013, in which you provided excerpts from your amended procedures. We reviewed your letter, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
