The NiSource companies that fall under their Control Room Management procedures include: Columbia Gas Transmission Corp (OpID 2616); Columbia Gulf Transmission (OpID 2620) and Crossroads Pipeline (OpID 993). As a result of the inspection, Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia) was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 18, 2013, which proposed amendment of its procedures. Columbia submitted its amended procedures on August 20, 2013 and October 18, 2013. My staff has reviewed the amended procedures. It appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, P.E. Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
