(DTI) procedures at DTI Cornwell Compressor Station location in WV. As a result of the inspection, DTI was issued a Notice of Amendment on November 20, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. DTI submitted its proposed amended procedures on January 14, 2014. In a letter dated March 24, 2014, PHMSA requested that DTI submit the section in their amended procedure “Storage of Flammable and Combustibles” of SOP 060/017 that includes the modified paragraph. DTI submitted actual amended procedures on March 31, 2014. My staff reviewed amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
