As a result of the inspection, National Fuel was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on November 26, 2013. On December 20, 2013, National Fuel submitted its initial response to the NOA. On February 24, 2014, National Fuel completed its submission of amended procedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
