As a result of the inspection, IMTT was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on July 24, 2013. On October 16, 2013, IMTT submitted its initial response to the NOA, along with proposed amendments. On February 7, 2014, IMTT completed its submission of amended procedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
