As a result of the inspection, Sunoco was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on September 30, 2013, which proposed amendment of its procedures. On October 31, 2013, Sunoco responded to the NOA. Subsequently, Sunoco submitted its amended procedures on March 31, 2014 and July 11, 2014. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
