As a result of the inspection, Kiantone was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on October 25, 2013. On November 25, 2013, Kiantone submitted its initial response to the NOA, along with proposed amendments. On February 11, 2014, Kiantone completed its submission of amended procedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration CC: NY DPS – Mr. Kevin Speicher#
