As a result of the inspection, the City was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on February 23, 2015, which proposed amendment of your procedures. The City responded to the NOA on March 24, 2015, and submitted amended procedures on April 24, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
