(Spectra Energy Partners) 5400 Westheimer Court Houston, TX 77056 CPF 1-2015-1021M Dear Mr. Drake: From July 6 to July 10, 2015, representatives of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, conducted an inspection of Algonquin Gas Transmission's (a unit of Spectra Energy Partners) (SEP) procedures for operations and maintenance in Houston, Texas. As a result of the inspection, SEP was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on August 31, 2015, which proposed amendment of its procedures. SEP submitted amended procedures on October 26, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary, and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
