Jordan Senior Vice President Niagara Mohawk Power Corp 40 Sylvan Road Waltham, MA 02451 CPF 1-2015-3002M Dear Ms. Jordan: From October 20 through 24, 2014, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code inspected the Niagara Mohawk Power Corp’s Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Facility operation and maintenance procedures in Providence, Rhode Island. As a result of the inspection, Niagara was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 2, 2015, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Niagara submitted its amended procedures on September 1, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Byron Coy, PE Director, Eastern Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
