Buchler Vice President, Operations Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. 1001 Louisiana Houston, TX 77001 CPF No. 2-2010-1001H Dear Mr. Buchler: On April 2, 2013, you wrote to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Southern Region, Office of Pipeline Safety requesting closure of the Corrective Action Order (CAO) (CPF No. 2-2010-1001H) PHMSA issued on January 7, 2010, after a failure on the Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (SNG) North Main Loop in Cleburne County, Alabama on December 31, 2009. This letter is to inform you that the Southern Region has reviewed all the actions taken by SNG with respect to the CAO. We find that SNG has complied with the terms of the CAO. No further actions are necessary with regards to the CAO and all pressure restrictions established by the CAO are withdrawn. This case is now closed Please be advised that this letter refers only to the CAO (CPF 2-2010-1001H) and not to any other PHMSA pending cases, if any.
