(SNG) 2nd North Main Line near Louisville, Mississippi on January 6, 2010. This letter is to inform you that the Southern Region has reviewed all the actions taken by SNG with respect to the CAO. We find that SNG has complied with the terms of the CAO. No further actions are necessary with regards to the CAO. This case is now closed. Accordingly, all pressure restrictions established by the CAO are withdrawn. Please be advised that this letter refers only to the CAO (CPF 2-2010-1002H) and not to any other PHMSA pending cases. Also be advised that nothing herein states or implies that the above described pipeline segment meet the requirements of the federal pipeline safety regulations.
