As a result of the inspection, PHMSA issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on March 11, 2010, which required TGP to amend its OQ program procedures. The PHMSA Southern Region has reviewed your November 17, 2010, written response to the NOA. We find that you have met the requirements specified in the NOA. No further action is necessary with regards to the NOA and this case is now closed. Please be advised that nothing herein states or implies that the above described OQ program meets the requirements of the federal pipeline safety regulations or that the program is approved.
