Amundsen Vice President - Technical Services Florida Gas Transmission Company 5051Westheimer Road Houston,TX 77056 CPF 2-2012-1005H Dear Mr. Amundsen: On July 17, 2013, you wrote to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Southern Region, Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) requesting closure of the Corrective Action Order (CAO) (CPF No. 2-2012-1005H) OPS issued to Florida Gas Transmission Company (FGT) on December 28, 2012, in response to the December 28, 2012, incident on FGT’s FLMEA-18 pipeline in Brevard County, Florida. This letter is to inform you that the OPS Southern Region has reviewed all the actions taken by FGT with respect to the CAO and we find that FGT has complied with the terms of the CAO. No further actions are necessary with regards to the CAO. This case is now closed. Accordingly, all pressure restrictions established by the CAO are withdrawn. FGT can return this pipeline segment to its maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP). Please be advised that this letter refers only to the referenced CAO (CPF 2-2012-1005H) and not to any other OPS cases. Sincerely, Wayne T.
