DC 20590 In the Matter of ANR Pipeline Company, Respondent CPF No. 3-2004- FINAL ORDER On March 16, 2004, in accordance with 49 C.F.R. 5 190.207, the Di Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS), issued Respondent a Notice of Probable Vi Civil Penalty (Notice). The Notice proposed finding that Respondent had vi 192 and proposed assessing a civil penalty of $5,000 for the alleged violation. Respondent responded to the Notice by letter dated March 30,2004. the allegations, but provided information concerning the corrective act Respondent submitted a wire kansfer in the amount of the proposed civi waiving fuither right to respond and authorizingthe entry of this Final Order.
