As a result of the inspection, Murphy Oil was issued a Notice of Amendment on October 31, 2005 (CPF 3-2005-5042M), which proposed amendment of the IMP procedures. Subsequent to issuance of CPF 3-2005-5042, PHMSA Central Region conducted another inspection of Murphy Oil’s IMP on April 4 to 5, 2011. The Murphy Oil pipeline assets in Superior, Wisconsin have been purchased by Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP who is now responsible for compliance. This letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary on CPF 3-2005-5042M issued as a result of the 2004 inspection, and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
