Drawer 2360 Casper, WY 82601 CPF 3-2008-5016M Dear Mr. True: On July 7-8, 2008, representatives from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), pursuant to chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, conducted an on-site pipeline safety inspection of Bridger Pipeline LLC operator qualification procedures in Casper,Wyoming. As a result of the inspection, Bridger Pipeline LLC was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 23, 2008, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Bridger Pipeline LLC submitted its amended procedures on January 19, 2009. My staff reviewed the amended procedures and subsequent revisions, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
