As a result of the inspection, GPNG was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 22, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures. GPNG submitted its proposed revisions on May 28, 2009, and its amended procedures on March 19, 2010. One additional amended procedure was re-submitted on July 12, 2010. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, David Barrett Director, Central Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
