Amundsen Vice President – Technical Services Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, LP 1300 Main Street Houston, Texas 77002 CPF 3-2009-1009H Dear Mr. Amundsen: On May 13, 2009, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued to Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, LP (a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners, LP) a Corrective Action Order in the above-referenced case. This Order included a requirement to take corrective actions on your 200 Line pipeline, and on June 30, 2015, you provided a Final Report of the completed actions. On April 16, 2015, PHMSA issued a Consent Order, CPF 3-2014-1008S that includes corrective measures for the Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line system. Therefore, future corrective measures applicable to your 200 Line pipeline will be performed per the terms of the Consent Order.
