320091013M_Closure Letter_04272011_text.pdf, page 1Official PDFCERTIFIED MAIL - RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED April 27, 2011 Mr. David Wallen Vice President MoGas Pipeline LLC 110 Algana Ct. St. Peters, Missouri 63376 Re: CPF 3-2009-1013M Dear Mr. Wallen: On March 19-21, 2007, representatives of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and the Missouri Public Service Commission, pursuant to chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, conducted an on-site pipeline safety inspection of the MoGas Pipeline (previously Missouri Pipeline Company) integrity management procedures in St. Peters, Missouri. As a result of the inspection, MoGas was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 28, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures. MoGas responded on August 28, 2009, and has subsequently submitted its revised procedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, including the latest revision submitted on April 26, 2011, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and that this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, David Barrett Director, Central Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
