(Vector) integrity management procedures in Superior, Wisconsin. As a result of the inspection, Vector was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 28, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Vector submitted its amended procedures on August 25, 2009. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
