As a result of the inspection, TEPPCO was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 24, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures. TE Products Pipeline Company, LLC submitted its amended procedures on October 22, 2009. Upon further communication from PHMSA, TEPPCO submitted amended procedures, “Miscellaneous Operating Procedures, Section 1305”, on March 17, 2011. My staff reviewed these latest amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
