320115007M_Closure Letter_01032012_text.pdf, page 1Official PDFCERTIFIED MAIL - RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED January 3, 2012 Mr. Peter Schwiering President SemGroup LP 11501 South I-44 Service Rd. Oklahoma, City, OK 73173 CPF 3-2011-5007M Dear Mr. Schwiering: On March 1-3, 2011, representatives of the Western, Southwestern and Central offices of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code inspected the operation and maintenance procedures for SemGroup LP at your offices in Oklahoma City, OK. This review also covered the procedures for SemStream and White Cliffs Pipeline LLC. As a result of the inspection, SemGroup LP was issued a Notice of Amendment on June 9, 2011, which proposed amendment of your procedures. SemGroup LP submitted its amended procedures on September 15, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, David Barrett Director, Central Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
