(Vector) at your offices in Griffith, IN. As a result of the inspection, Vector Pipeline L.P. was issued a Notice of Amendment on March 21, 2012, which proposed amendment of the procedures. Vector Pipeline LP submitted its amended procedures on June 22, 2012, and again on October 23, 2012 and November 1, 2012. The MI-PSC along with my staff reviewed the amended procedures and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, David Barrett Director, Central Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
