(Williston Basin, Cascade Natural Gas and Montana-Dakota Utilities Co.) control room management procedures in Bismarck, North Dakota. As a result of the inspection, Montana-Dakota Utilities (MDU) was issued a Notice of Amendment on November 28, 2012, which proposed amendment of your procedures. MDU submitted its amended procedures on March 29, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
