As a result of the inspection, Enbridge Energy, L.P. was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 6, 2012, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnershp, submitted its amended procedures on January 28, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
