As a result of the inspection, Dakota Gasification Company was issued a Notice of Amendment on November 27, 2012, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Dakota Gasification Company submitted its amended procedures on March 28, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
