Dunn, Jr. President and Chief Executive Officer Suburban Propane, L.P. 240 Route 10 West Whippany, New Jersey 07981 Re: CPF 3-2013-0004M Dear Mr. Dunn: On June 26, 2013, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued to Tru-Gas, Inc. a Notice of Amendment (NOA) in the above-referenced case. This NOA included a notice to change the procedures as they pertain to the Wisconsin propane distribution pipeline systems. At the time the inspection was conducted, PHMSA was made aware that Tru-Gas had been recently purchased by Suburban Propane, L.P., but was not yet operating under Suburban Propane’s procedural manual. During the time following the inspection, it is our understanding that the name of Tru-Gas was changed to Suburban Propane, L.P. and all of the Wisconsin systems are now operated per the new procedural manual. Accordingly, this case is now closed and no further action is contemplated with respect to the matters involved in this case. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, Linda Daugherty Director, Central Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
