As a result of the inspection, KMLT was issued a Notice of Amendment on January 25, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. KMLT submitted its amended procedures to the Asset Integrity Plan on January 30, 2013 in its initial response. KMLT provided two additional responses with updates on February 13th and July 11th . My staff reviewed the amended procedures and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and that this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
