Kaw Pipe Line Company 2000 South Main Street McPherson, Kansas 67460 CPF 3-2013-5012M Dear Mr. Loving: On December 5-8, 2011, representatives of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code inspected the operation and maintenance procedures for your Integrity Management Program at your offices in McPherson, Kansas. As a result of the inspection, Jayhawk Pipeline (Jayhawk) was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 5, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures.
