As a result of the inspection, Marathon Pipe Line LLC was issued a Notice of Amendment on June 18, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Marathon Pipe Line LLC submitted its revisions and its amended procedures on July 30, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
