As a result of the inspection, Rose Rock Midstream, LP was issued a Notice of Amendment on September 16, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Rose Rock Midstream, LP, submitted its proposed revisions and its amended procedures on October 21, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
