As a result of the inspection, Hawthorn Oil Transportation (North Dakota), Inc. was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 3, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Hawthorn Oil Transportation (North Dakota), Inc. has submitted its revisions and its amended procedures. My staff has reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
