As a result of the inspection, Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 29, 2015, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. submitted its amended procedures on June 30, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
