This Notice cited TGT for one instance of failing to take prompt remedial action to repair an emergency valve, per the requirements of 49 C.F.R. § 192.745(b). Based on additional information submitted by Boardwalk in response to the Notice, this letter is to inform you that PHMSA hereby withdraws the Notice. This case is now closed. Sincerely, Gregory A. The hearing will take place on May 29, 2025, and will begin after the conclusion of the hearing in CPF No. 3-2024-064-NOA (which is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time on the same date).1 The hearing will be held at the PHMSA Central Region office, 901 Locust Street, Suite 480, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. Upon arrival at the building, attendees will be required to present photo identification to security personnel. A contact phone number for the day of the hearing is (816) 329-3800. At least 10 calendar days prior to the hearing (or by May 19, 2025), under § 190.211(d) both parties must submit and exchange any additional written materials they intend to present at the hearing and the name and email address of each attendee.
