This Notice cited Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP, for violations of Part 195. Two of the Items (Items 3 and 4) were brought as warnings. Tallgrass responded to the Notice on July 16, 2025. Following review of the case, PHMSA hereby withdraws the Notice. This letter is to inform you of the withdrawal and that the case is now closed.
