Hatchett West Texas Gas, Inc 7517 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 79110 CPF 4-2007-1002 Dear Mr. Hatchett: On September 18 – 22, 2006, representatives of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code inspected West Texas Gas, Inc.’s (WTG) procedures for Integrity Management in Amarillo, Texas. As a result of the inspection, PHMSA issued to WTG a Notice of Probable Violation, Proposed Civil Penalty and Proposed Compliance Order. A Final Order was issued on October 28, 2008. WTG responded by letter dated January 5, 2009, and indicated that the requirements of the Final Order and the Compliance Order had been met. On June 21 and 22, 2010 representatives of PHMSA inspected West Texas Gas, Inc.’s (WTG) procedures for Integrity Management in Amarillo, Texas to verify that the requirements of the Final Order and the Compliance Order had been met. Based on that review, it appears as though the requirements have been met and therefore this case is now closed. Also be advised that PHMSA noticed inadequacies in the IM procedures and intends to address those inadequacies with WTG through a separate Notice of Amendment. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, R. M. Seeley Director, Southwest Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
