As a result of the inspection, Dixie Pipeline Company was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 2, 2007, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Dixie Pipeline Company submitted its amended procedures on December 18, 2006 and September 6 and 20, 2007. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
