As a result of the inspection, Mardi Gras was issued a Notice of Amendment dated March 4, 2009. This Notice proposed amendment of your procedures to assure safe operation of your pipeline facility. Mardi Gras submitted information indicating that a change in ownership had occurred on May 1, 2008, to Torch. My staff reviewed the information provided, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment will not be pursued.
