Craft Operations Vice President ExxonMobil Pipeline Company P. O. Box 2220 Houston, TX 77252 CPF 4-2010-5018M Dear Mr. Craft: On July 26 through July 30, and August 23 through August 27, 2010, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) inspected ExxonMobil Pipeline Company’s (EMPCo’s) BRASS and SLAM operating areas in Louisiana, pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code. As a result of the inspection, EMPCo was issued a Notice of Amendment on November 30, 2010. This Notice proposed amendment of your procedures to assure safe operation of your pipeline facilities. EMPCo submitted its amended procedures on February 8, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, R. M. Seeley Director, Southwest Region Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration#
