In a letter response dated April 26, 2012, Sunoco accepted PHMSA’s findings and agreed to amend both its DOT maintenance Manual Section 195.204, as well as its Inspector’s manual in accordance with the findings. Subsequently, on December 20, 2012, Sunoco submitted a revised and amended DOT Maintenance Manual Section 195.204 and newly revised draft Inspector’s Manual.
