As a result of the inspection, ONEOK was issued a Notice of Amendment on September 11, 2012, which proposed amendments to your procedures. ONEOK submitted its amended procedures on November 16, 2012. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
