(GTS) procedures for operations, maintenance, public awareness and damage prevention in Beaumont, TX. As a result of the review, GTS was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 16, 2013. GTS submitted its amended procedures and included an attachment of their parent company “AGL Resources” (AGL) Pipeline Public Awareness Plan (PPAP) on May 16, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures and the included AGL’s PPAP, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
