As a result of the inspection, American Midstream was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 9, 2013, which proposed amendments to your procedures. American Midstream submitted amended procedures on August 22, 2013 and November 1, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
