Operations & Engineering American Midstream, LLC 1614 15th Street, Suite 300 Denver, CO 80202 CPF 4-2013-1015M Dear Mr. Connor: On September 24, 2012 through December 21, 2012, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code inspected American Midstream LLC’s Operations and Maintenance Plan procedures in Fairbanks, LA. As a result of the inspection, American Midstream was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 9, 2013, which proposed amendments to your procedures. American Midstream submitted amended procedures on August 22, 2013 and November 1, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
